Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb ground turkey, rolled into 1-inch balls
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 5 slices fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp hot chili oil
- 2 heads baby bok choy, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Bring broth to a boil, add turkey meatballs, celery, ginger, soy sauce and chili oil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add bok choy and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Adjust the flavor with additional soy sauce and/or chili oil. Serve immediately.
