Lemon Filled Cream Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 c flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • Lemon Filling
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water and butter to boil.

Lower heat add sifted flour and salt. Mix well with wooden spoon.

Turn off heat.

Add eggs 1 at a time mixing well after each one

Drop by tbsp on aluminum covered tray.

Bake at 425 for 20 min. To make firmer prick each one with sharp knife and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Lemon Filling
Mix condensed milk and lemon juice with whisk. Chill.
