Ingredients
- 1 cup kosher salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 quarts cold water
Preparation
Step 1
In large bucket or brining bag dissolve salt and sugar in water. Add turkey and let rest for 6-8 hours.
When ready to cook remove turkey and rinse under cold water and pat dry
