Broiled Salmon with Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat broiler with rack 6 inches from element. Line baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick spray; set aside.

For the sauce, whisk together brown mustard, Dijon, honey, oil, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tbsp thyme, and garlic in a bowl; set aside.

For salmon, arrange fillets on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle fillets with juice of 1/2 a lemon and season with salt and pepper. Broil fillets until firm and cooked through, 5-7 minutes.
