Ingredients
- 9 large russet potatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350.
Peel, quarter, and then boil the potatoes until tender.
Drain the potatoes and mash, preferably by hand. Add other ingredients and mash until well blended.
Spoon into a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
