Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 T oil
- 2 T green onion, finely chopped
- 1 t curry powder
- 4-6 chops
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a gallon-sized resealable bag, add the soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, oil, green onion and curry powder and mix until completely combined.
2. Add in the pork chops and seal the bag. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours but 6-8 is better or overnight.
3. Grill pork chops and enjoy
