Ingredients
- 1/2 c unsalted butter
- 1/3 c light brown sugar
- 1 T ground cinnamon
- 1 t ground chipotle chili pepper
- 1 t kosher salt
- 20 c popped popcorn
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine everything but the popcorn in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring often until the butter melts and starts to bubble, 4-5 mins.
Pour popcorn onto prepared baking sheet. Working quickly, drizzle butter over popcorn and stir with rubber spatula, until evenly coated. Bake until coating is crispy and dry, about 20 minutes.
