Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh cauliflower head
  • 1/4 c. margarine or lite butter
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cut up cauliflower into small florets Cook in boiling water until firm but tender.
Drain. Mash with fork or potato masher. Stir in margarine and cheese.
