- 1 egg, beaten with salt and pepper
- 2 cups panko
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds Tilapia
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg with salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Combine panko and olive oil in a medium-sized bowl.
Dip in egg mixture, then panko and oil mixture.
Bake at 475 on a foil-line pans for 12 to 15 minutes.
