Ingredients
- 1 can artichokes
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 1 bunch shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- pepper to taste
- dash thyme
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 stick butter
- 1 small jar mushrooms optional
Preparation
Step 1
In butter, saute shallots and garlic, then add 4 tablespoons flour until creamy. Add chicken broth, thyme, and bay leaves. Cut artichokes into small pieces and add to ingredients. When it comes to a boil, lower heat and let simmer for 1/2 hour. Remove bay leaves. Ready to serve.
