Ingredients
- 3 cans artichoke hearts
- 2 cans french style string beans drained
- 2 medium onions
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 5 ounces olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
In oil, fry onions and garlic. Add beans and artichoke and simmer. Add bread crumbs and cheese and simmer for 15 minutes. Spread into casserole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 300 F for 1 hour.
