Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Pork Tenderloins
  • 1/2 Rosemary dried, minced
  • 2 T Honey
  • 1/4 c Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 ea Garlic cloves minced
  • 3/4 t Crushed Red Pepper
  • S&P to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine rosemary, honey, balsamic vinegar & red pepper in a large zip lock bag or shallow dish. Add pork. Cover/seal & chill in the refrigerator overnight. Remove pork & discard marinade. Add S&P to pork to taste. Grill pork over medium high heat 8-12 mins on each side or until temp measures 155F degrees. Pull from grill & allow to rest 10 mins. Slice & serve.
