- French onion soup, homemade or canned, heated to warm
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toast
Preparation
Step 1
Pour soup into oven-safe bowls, about 1/2 way up. Fit a piece of toast on top and over that put the shredded mozzarella. Place bowls on cookie sheet(s) and broil until tops are golden brown.
