Ingredients
- 1 lb. new potatoes (10-14 little ones)
- 1 lb. ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1/4 c. minced fresh basil or other herb
- 2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Halve potatoes and stem for eight to 10 mins. They're done when a fork can easily pierce them. Immediately toss with other ingredients and serve at once.
