Ingredients
- 1cup1 cup uncooked orzo or other small pasta
- 2cups2 cups seedless watermelon, diced
- 1/2cup1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1tbsp.1 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2cup1/2 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
- 1/8tsp.1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1tsp.1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil. Stir in orzo and return to boil. Cook until done. Drain orzo and rinse under cold water. Allow to drain completely. Once orzo is cool, toss with remaining ingredients.
