Rolo Ritz Cracker Cookies

So easy and so yummy! Who would have thought about melting one of your favorite candies between crackers could be so delicious!

Ingredients

• 1 package of Rolos, or Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
• 1 package of Ritz crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Place 1 Rolo in between 2 Ritz Crackers making a sandwich cookie.

Turn oven to 375°F and bake for 7 minutes. Watch carefully and let cool for 5 minutes.
