Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • Prebaked pie shell
  • 2 c. strained and cooked pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3 eggs well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. each milk and cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all and put in pie shell. Bake 450 oven for first 15 mins, then 45 mins. in 350 oven.
