Connie's Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 15oz cans of corn
  • 4 cans chopped green chilis
  • 1 Cup chopped green or red bell pepper
  • 1 lb shredded Jack Cheese
  • 4 minced Jalapeno peppers
  • 8 ozs Mayo. May not need all. (just enough to mix well)
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Sliced olives for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all together and bake at 350 for 45 minutes (until bubbling)

Serve with Tostitos Scoops
