Apple Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups - Flour
  • 1 tsp. - Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. - Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. - Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups - CORN Oil (NOT vegetable oil)
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 3 - Eggs
  • 2 tsp - Vanilla
  • 1 cup - Chopped Nuts (Nuts are optional)
  • 2 - Apples Finely Chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour two bread pans.
Cream sugar & eggs with mixer, until smooth and creamy. Add oil and vanilla and beat for two minutes. Sift all dry ingredients & add, stirring with large spoon. Slowly add apples (and nuts). Pour into 2 greased and floured tins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
