Ingredients
- 16 ounces noodles, Wide egg
- 1 cup lower fat margarine, low fat
- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream, fat free
- 1 1/2 cups egg substitute, liquid
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 16oz applesauce
- 1/4 cup raisin
- 1/4 cup lowfat graham cracker, ground
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Boil noodles for 8 to 10 minutes drain.
3. Mix together margarine,sour cream,egg substitute, sugar, lemon juice,vanilla, and apple sauce. Stir in noodles and raisins.
4. Spread graham cracker crumbs on bottom of prepared pan. Pour noodle mixture over.Sprinkle with cinnamon.
5. Bake covered 45 minutes uncovered 15 minutes to golden.
