Ingredients
- Fish - Good with Ahi tuna, swordfish or salmon
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Dredge meat in blackening spice and sear in a lightly oiled cast iron skillet over high heat.
