Ingredients
- 1-14 oz can black beans
- 1/2 cup tomato salsa
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- black pepper to taste
- cilantro or green onions for garnish.
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor combine black beans, salsa, lime juice, cilantro coriander and cumin.
Process until smooth.
season with salt and pepper and transfer to a small bowl.
Can be stored in the fridge for two days.
