Spinach Manicotti

Ingredients

  • 1 box manicotti pasta
  • 1 container ricotta cheese
  • 1 bag frozen spinach,defrosted, squeezed dry of water
  • 1 bag shredded italian blend cheese
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1 can tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Boil manicotti in salted water for 5 minutes, drain well, place on parchment paper to dry.
2. Saute 1 onion till brown add spinach,salt pepper,garlic powder,ricotta cheese, and an egg.
3. Place in a Ziploc bag, cut end, fill manicotti pasta.
4. Pour tomato sauce on bottom of a pan, add noodles, more tomato sauce, add shredded cheese on top.
5. Bake covered on 350 for 45 minutes,and uncovered for 5 minutes on broil. Serve immediately.
