Ingredients
- 6 grilled plum tomatoes, charred
- olive oil
- 3 TBS horseradish
- 1 TBS chipotle hot sauce
- dash worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- juice from 1/2 lime
- choped cilantro
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Brush tomatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill until slightly charred.
In blender place all ingredients with a splash of olive oil. Blend until slightly blended.
Serve with chilled grilled shrimp
