Mozzarella Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 1 t parsley
  • 1 t dried basil
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 3/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven broiler. Cut bread n half lengthwise. Place on cookie sheets. Brush each half with oil. Sprinkle with parsley, basil and garlic salt. Top with mozz cheese. Broil 7-10 in until cheese is bubbly and begins to brown. Serve warm.
