Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp crushed oregano (dried)
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Pour the olive oil in a salad plate.
Using a garlic press, embed the garlic cloves in five different spots in the bowl.
Pour the olive oil onto a salad plate.
Add some balsamic vinegar to the oil and garlic.
Sprinkle the Parmesan.
Season it with black pepper.
Serve with hot Italian bread and enjoy.
