Ingredients
- 1 14 0z. can Chickpeas drained
- 5 oz. fresh Spinach leaves
- 2-3 Garlic cloves or 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2-3 Tbs. Tahini
- 2 Tbs. Lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
- 2-3 Tbs. Turkish seasoning
- 1-2 tsp. ground Pepper
- 2-3 Tbs. Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine.
Pita chips can be made by brushing wheat pitas with olive oil and sprinkling with Turkish seasoning cutting into 8 wedges and baking at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
