Ingredients
- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4-5 small cucumbers
- 3-4 t. mayonnaise
- salt to taste
- 1 large sandwich loaf bread, thin sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Peel cucumers and grate (a food processor is useful) real fine. Add salt. Place in a strainer over a bowl in the refrigerator for several hours to let drain. Do not use liquid.
Mash the cheese, add mayonnaise and cucumbers; make you sandwiches. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
