Ingredients
- 3 1/2 C flour
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 3 C white sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1 C applesauce
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 15-oz can pumpkin puree
- 1/4 C water
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease three 7 1/2 X 3 1/2 inch loaf pans.
In a large mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients. Stir well. Add remaining except nuts and mix batter until well combined. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes until tester inserted in center of each loaf comes out clean.
