Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen broccoli
- 2 chopped carrots
- 5 c chicken broth
- 2 cans crm of celery soup
- 1/4 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/8 cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 lb velveeta
- 2 C sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Add broccoli, carrots, broth, crm of celery soup, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to crock pot. Cook on high 4 hours
use food processor to purée 3/4'of the soup.
Add cheese to melt and mix it in. Add more salt and pepper if necessary
