Green Bean Bundles

Eating your veggies is a much easier task when they are wrapped in bacon! With three ingredients, these are easy to try any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh green beans
  • 4-6 slices of bacon
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.

Boil salted water in medium sized pot. Add fresh green beans and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove green beans from water and spread out over paper towels to dry.

Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap a half slice of bacon around 5 green beans. Repeat until all green beans are bundled.

Place bundles on cookie tray and bake until crisp, about 35 minutes.
