Peach Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • Combine:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 TBSP flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Separate bowl combine:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • One large can Peaches, sliced drained

Preparation

Step 1

Stir in sliced peaches in above above ingredients

Bake at 400 degrees oven 15 minutes. Then 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle with the following topping:

1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, 1 tsp vanilla. Work these together and return to over 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or til brown and bubbly
