Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 medium carrots, cut into julienne strips
- 4 medium green onions, cut into 1” pieces
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ginger root, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 14-1/2-oz. cans chicken broth
- 2 1/2 tsp. sodium-free chicken bouillon powder
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup bean sprouts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook meat with garlic in skillet until brown. Drain.
2. Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and sprouts in slow cooker.
3. Cover. Cook on Low 7-9 hours or High 3-4 hours.
4. Stir in mushrooms and bean sprouts.
5. Cover. Cook on Low 1 hour.
