Jams and Jelly - Zucchini Marmalade

Ingredients

  • Remove from heat and add:
  • Peel and seed 6 cups zucchini. Shred or grate.
  • Boil 15 minutes stirring frequently.
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 2 small or 1 large pkg orange jello
  • Boil 6 minutes more.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Put in jars and seal.
