Ingredients
- Dressing – make 24 hours in advance
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbls. sugar
- 6 Tbls. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 10 oz. bag spinach, chopped
- 8 oz. bag coleslaw (recipe calls for 16 oz….I think is too much)
- 8 green onions, sliced
- 8 Tbls. sliced almonds
- 2 Tbls. sesame seeds
- Oriental noodles (to taste)
- Brown almonds and sesame seeds in skilled sprayed with Pam. Mix coleslaw, spinach and onions together.
Preparation
Step 1
Add seeds, almonds and noodles. Pour dressing over and serve immediately.
