Ingredients
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 dash tabasco sauce
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lb white crabmeat
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In a double boiler, melt the cream cheese and butter. Add the crabmeat and seasonings.
Serve in a chafing dish to keep warm. Good with dip-size corn chips, in pastry shells, or crackers.
