RAISIN PUFFS

Ingredients

  • 1 box seedless raisins
  • 1 cup water
  • Cook until water is gone. Cool.
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup crisco
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3-1/2 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and then add raisins. Shape into balls and roll in sugar.

Place on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350* for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
