Cheese Tortellini in Savory Broth

Ingredients

  • 7 cups water
  • 6 Maggi® Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 (9 oz.) package Buitoni® Refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini
  • 1 medium zucchini, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water and bouillon in stockpot.

Stir in pasta; cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Reduce heat to low; stir in zucchini and tomato. Cook until vegetables are heated through.

Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Season with ground black pepper.
