Ingredients
- 1/2 " salt in quart jar
- 2 oz onion juice
- 2 oz garlic juice
- 4 oz lemon juice
- 1 small bottle hot sauce *
- 1 small bottle worchestershire sauce
- Fill remainder of quart bottle with water
Preparation
Step 1
DO NOT cook turkey larger than 12 lbs. Marinate turkey x 12 hours and forego dry rub.
