Ingredients
- 1 lb. green beans
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 anchovy fillets mashed or 1 tbsp. paste
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp. red wine vinegar3 tbsp. pine nuts, toasted in dry skillet
- 3 tbsp. grated parmesan
- chopped parsley to garnish
- ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Over medium heat, sauté garlic, anchovies, and red pepper flakes just until fragrant. Add beans and toss for 3-4 min. Add vinegar and pine nuts and toss again. Transfer to serving bowl. Top with parmesan, parsley, and pepper.
