Ingredients
- Chuck roast, sliced thin against grain
- cornstarch, for coating meat
- 2 cups orange marmalade
- 1 TBS garlic, minced
- 2 TBS vinegar
- 1 TBS ginger, grated
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 cups broccoli floweretts
- 2 sliced bell peppers
- orange zest
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- dash tabasco or to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Coat sliced meat with cornstarch. Heat oil in wok, add a few pieces of meat at a time. Remove meat when browned, set aside.
In wok whisk together sauce ingredients, heat to reduce. Add broccoli and bell pepper to sauce. Cook 5 minutes. Add meat to mixture in last 5 minutes.
Serve with steamed white rice.
