Ingredients
- 1 can wholeberry cranberry sauce
- 5 lb corned beef with pickling spices
- 1 large onion sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Cook corned beef with onion and pickling spices for about 1 1/2 hrs.(20 min. per lb). Refrigerate overnight. Slice into thin slices. Layer it in pan. Put cranberries in between layers and bake for 30-45 min at 350,covered.
