Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp peeled ginger, minced
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 tbsp dark honey
- 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare a charcoal or gas grill 375-400 or preheat your oven’s broiler.
Combine the oyster sauce, ginger, and chili garlic sauce; mix well.
Transfer 1 tablespoon of the mixture to a small bowl, set aside.
Spread the remaining mixture over both sides of the chicken; let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
Grill or broil the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked through.
Add honey and soy sauce to the reserved oyster sauce mixture. Serve as a dipping sauce for the chicken.
