Artichoke Parmesan Pasta Toss

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of favorite pasta
  • 3 links of Aidells artichoke sausage
  • 7.5 oz jar of marinated artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 c halved grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 c finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c fresh chopped basil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package.

Slice the sausage in 1/4in pieces and saute. Add hyearts and tomatoes and cook for a few min to heat all the ingredients. Add pasta, cheese and basil. Toss well and serve.
