Ingredients
- yukon gold potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 TBS olive oil
- 1 TBS crushed garlic
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp bbq seasonings
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 TBS crushed bacon bits
- pinch chives
- dash tabasco
- 2 TBS balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix oil, bbq seasoning, garlic and lemon juice in bowl and add potatoes. Mix to coat well.
Cook in foil pouch on grills until tender.
Mix sour cream, bacon, chives, tabasco and balsamic vinegar together. Let chill.
Serve potatoes on platter with sour cream mixture on top
