Ingredients
- 8 oz. swiss cheese
- 10 oz. spinach
- 1 onion, chopped
- butter
- 2 c. light cream
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 4 eggs (slightly beaten)
- pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Saute onions in butter. Add spinach and mix well.
2.) In another bowl, mix light cream with cornstarch. Then add eggs.
3.) Unroll refrigerated pie crust in round pan. Place a layer of cheese on crust, then put layer of spinach and onions. Finally pour cream mixture onto the pie crust.
4.) Bake at 450 for 15 min or 350 for 20-25 min.
