Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute onion in olive oil, about 4 minutes.
2. Add garlic and saute 1 minute.
3. Stir in tomato and beans.
4. Simmer, crushing beans with spoon to heat through.
5. Remove, season with salt, and bring to room temperature.
