Blueberry Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fat-free Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 slices whole grain bread with blueberries, toasted (we used Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1/2 banana, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the yogurt, pumpkin seeds, and syrup. Spread evenly over the toast. Top 1 slice with the banana and place the other slice, spread side down, on top. Cut in half before serving.
