Ingredients
- 7 medium italian plum tomatoes
- 2 small shallots peeled
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp. organic sugar
- 2 tblspn. EVOO
- 5 sprigs of fresh parsleyy
- pinch red pepper flakes
- crushed black pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients into blender. Blend on high until blended.
Pour mixture into saucepan. Simmer for 35-40 minutes. Serve over pasta
