Ingredients
- 12 large shrimp cleaned, deveined
- 3 garlic cloves finely minced
- 1 tablespoon finely-chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Steak Sauce
- 1/4 cup beef gravy or 2 tbspns dry gravy mix
- with 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely-chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a heavy sauté pan over medium-high heat, place one tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook on one side for two minutes. Add garlic, turn shrimp over, and cook for one minute. Add Heinz 57 Steak Sauce and beef gravy and cook for one minute. Add basil, pepper, parsley, and butter and cook for 30 seconds.
Serve the shrimp over hot cooked pasta or rice with garlic toast.
